Today, go to school alone then suddenly saw my friend at bus...sitting alone also =P then we walk to school together. After waiting for de wei, we all went to hall listen to teacher explain shuttle run, sit up and etc. After that immediate, we do sit up ~.~ then we go to shuttle run section, haiz...9 sec+ ... sad ~.~ then pull up...only do 5 time. We all slowly walk to sit & reach....got the highest score and my friend all shock....LOL. After that ... that stupid jump thing -.- After finish our 5 section, we take a break and ready for 2.4km run ~.~ After those break, 2.4 running before that, teacher explain where to run........I thought only around the school is a piece of cake. As i run, there is slope, etc and lot of turn ~.~ Along with 100+ ppl, i get 27 position. After that, went to canteen to have our food to regain our enegry bck...LOL. After eating, go bck home alone....sad thing is that bus 187 dun have any chio bu to see ~.~
